I don't bother reporting typos as long as it's obvious what the text is supposed to say because I assume that's kind of a low priority but I figured I'd ask if you want those reported when we come across them or not?

The gouverneur is a all-round pleaser. Being a bureaucrat all his life he has how has many connections and experience in keeping all parties in line.

"all-round" should be "all-around" "all his life he has how has many connections" im thinking this should be "all his life he has had many connections"
