Overbuild Modifier

I reached the limit to how many buildings I could have, so I destroyed a bunch of windmills to replace with bio-generators, but the modifier is still there. Can I have my windmills back?

Like stated in the guide, windmills do not count for your building modifier.

If you report to me how many windmills you lost we will see what we can do :)

"I reached the limit to how many buildings I could have". I want to point out there is no limit in how many buildings you could have, overbuild modifier will only make construction more expensive.

The guide does state that Windmills don't add to the building modifier but I just built some and my modifier increased. I always avoided them, figuring the Biomass Powerplants would be more efficient with the build modifier (didn't notice prior that the Windmills aren't suppose to add to the modifier until now).

- 10 windmills added .03 to the build modifier.
- I'll update how much the Biomass Powerplants add to the modifier once I'm able to build them.

Not a big deal, and I'll know soon enough but does anyone know how much the Powerplants effect the modifier?

"This is presented by the Overbuild modifier, starting at 200 buildings and 8 extra buildings for each town level." <--- is it because I'm over that limit that the windmills are adding to the modifier?
