I think that the Nuke could effect the town more than that however. If a level thirty three town has a population of 3100 and nuclear detonations are launched at that town then the Nuke (Depending on where and how it detonated and if it detonates, the bomb may not detonate at all but this would be SUPER rare)would kill nearly half of the military and the amount of military personnel killed would correspond with the civilians killed and an estimated amount of that population would drop to 1120 or if it were a critical hit the population would drop to 540. There would be a 100% of radiation poisoning or 75% chance, again depending on where the bomb detonated.

Should the bomb not detonate the town can A) Harvest the parts and sell them on the black market B) Harvest the parts and try and rebuild the bomb, it depending on how damaged the A-bomb is C) Detonate the bomb anyhow, why you would want to I do not know but you can.... Fallout style.

I find that it would be fun. Can someone contact an Admin and get their opinion on this?

sounds good, the number of bunkers and trenches could also play a pivotal role in how may survive. this idea is a very possible one I feel as long as we make it so that it can be easily integrated. the way we can do this is by using aspects of that game that are already there, and so far I think we have done so. I hope the Admins can agree.

ya by this point an Admin usually has reply to a thread like this by now. anyway im sure "Outbreak" will see it when they have time, no need to bug them.

I don't think it matters really, stuff like this always has happened in this and other communities. Ideas are proposed by fans and community members, then soon Devs implement the idea. that is the reward, the implementation of the idea.

Im going to bring in this idea on our next dev-team session, but i think it requires a huge amount of work (coding) to implent this kind of feature.

The idea Slendermen has posted is workable and not to overpowered :)

The first idea suggestions is way to extreme to implent...

seems like we got plan then. just implement as soon as you feel its ready and adjust from there. I'm also glad to see the development is coming along nicely. I would love to see this game become as big as something like C&C: Tiberium Alliances.

I wouldn't make it available in the black market. I would make it as expensive as possible to research or build.

making it available on the black market would make it too accessible selling it on the black market FORUM and trading would make it more valuable. reason being is because then someone has invested more resources toward that rather than just saving up for it.
